BOOKING AND REFUND POLICY

With our approval and your deposit, your space is securely booked.

The minimum deposit for any Infinity Retreat is 20 % of the total retreat value.

Due to the limited number of available spaces, we must inform you that your deposit for any Infinity Retreat will be non-refundable, so please only submit it when you are certain of your intention and capability to attend.

If your deposit is higher than 20%, we will credit the difference to a future retreat of your choice.

We ask that you submit the remainder of your payment at least six weeks before the first day of your Infinity Intensive Retreat and three months before the first day of your Master Plant Dieta. If we do not receive your remaining payment by that date, we will charge the remainder to your card on file unless you make other arrangements with us. The remainder, once submitted, will also be non-refundable.

If something unforeseen arises and you cannot attend, do contact us as soon as possible at playing@infinity-retreat.com, and we will do our best to work with you. If we can find someone else to fill your spot at the event, we will refund some or all of your payment, depending on how much we charge the replacement person (we will charge less last minute to fill the retreat) and a few other factors.
